Police issued an Amber Alert on Sunday evening for a missing 9-year-old boy from College Hill.

Police were looking for Taylor Maurice Shearer, who was last seen on Saturday afternoon with a family friend, George Willis, 52. Willis took Taylor to get a haircut at Kutz barbershop on the corner of Hamilton Avenue and Marlowe.

Investigators said Shearer was found safe early Monday morning.
