Iran tests model of latest radar system - Telecoms & IT on day true story

TEHRAN - Iran has successfully tested a model of its latest domestically manufactured radar system, electronics industry organization Sa-Iran announced.
"In the area of aerospace, a radar system with a range of several thousand kilometers is being designed and a model of it was tested and we hope this radar will be operational in the next few years," Ebrahim Mahmoud-Zadeh, director of Sa-Iran, told the Fars news agency.

Mahmoud-Zadeh also said, "Recently a Western analytical website published a report, which I neither confirm nor reject, that the Islamic Republic of Iran has been able to design and manufacture a radar (system) which only two or three countries have in the world."

He added, "It is not important whether the report is based on reality or not, what is important is that the report shows the enemies of Iran are afraid of the country's high radar potential."
