Ruling protects Gov. Mitch Daniels from deposition in IBM lawsuit

INDIANAPOLIS -- Gov. Mitch Daniels will not be deposed in dueling lawsuits over the state's cancelled welfare-modernization contract with IBM, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled late this afternoon.
