Leopard spotted at Mansa Devi temple

A leopard was spotted at the Mansa Devi temple in Panchkula late Wednesday night. A team from the forest department arrived at the spot but the leopard had left by then. The leopard was spotted by guards at the Mansa Devi temple at around midnight.

The frightened guards ran away from the spot and informed the police, who alerted the forest department. A team from the forest department looked for the leopard for around three hours but it was nowhere to be found. However, pug marks have been found in the area.  Thankfully, no one was hurt, including, hopefully, the big cat.
