Wednesday will be dry throughout the Portland area and temperatures will be warmer than yesterday. After morning sunshine, clouds will start to increase during the day. Temperatures will hit the mid 60s.

Rain develops late tonight and Thursday is going to be a soaker. Expect rain -- heavy at times -- in the morning hours followed be showers in the afternoon.
