"California DMV: Field Offices" will go behind the scenes with the people who work (very slowly) at the motor vehicle bureau.

The only conceivable reason I can imagine for doing this show is that it comes from Ashton Kutcher's production company and Tru TV thinks this will be a gateway to further business with him.
