R. Kelly hopes you'll write him back with new album | Entertainment on day true story
R. Kelly wants fans to stay in touch when he drops his latest album, and we mean that literally.
The packaging for his upcoming release, "Write Me Back," will include special postcards so that fans can do just that, according to Billboard. The record's slated to arrive on June 26.
Of course, this offering is the appropriately-titled follow-up to the R&B crooner's 2010 album, "Love Letter."
R. Kelly has already given listeners a taste of his latest musical missive by way of two singles: "Share My Love," which is currently sailing the Billboard R&B charts, as well as the recently released "Feelin' Single," which was released on Monday.
They signal a possible comeback for the singer in a very big way, as his long-awaited memoir, "Soula Coaster: The Diary of Me," is also expected to drop this summer.
R. Kelly's also launching a six-day "Love Letter" cruise from Miami in October, not to mention the return of his "Trapped in the Closet" series on IFC later on this year.
